Privacy Policy

How Vauntless Career Studio handles personal information.

This policy is written for the real operating model: public marketing pages, client intake, hosted personal branding sites, Stripe billing, ID.me veteran verification, future Clerk/Google authentication, coaching, events, and mentor applications.

01

Who we are

Vauntless Career Studio is operated by 1Fisher Group LLC. We provide managed personal branding sites, ATS-oriented resume support, professional bios, optional LinkedIn support, coaching, mentor programming, events, and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when someone visits our public pages, purchases a plan, submits intake materials, applies to be a mentor, attends or requests information about events, or uses a Vauntless Career Studio-hosted client site.

02

Information we collect

We may collect contact details such as name, email address, phone number, location, preferred contact method, and communication preferences.

We may collect career and branding materials such as resumes, work history, professional background, achievements, skills, LinkedIn URLs, target roles, headshots, portfolio materials, written answers, and other information submitted through intake or mentor forms.

We may collect account and authentication information if account access is enabled, including identifiers provided through Clerk or another authentication provider. If Google sign-in is enabled, we may receive limited Google account information such as name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers.

If Vauntless CP client access is enabled, we may collect portal activity related to reviewing editable content, requesting updates, approving materials, or managing account-related site information.

We may collect payment and subscription information through Stripe. Vauntless Career Studio does not store full credit card numbers.

We may collect veteran verification status through ID.me or a similar verification provider when a user chooses to verify eligibility for veteran pricing. We do not need or request military records beyond the verification result required to provide the discount.

We may collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, referral source, timestamps, and similar analytics or security information.

03

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Vauntless Career Studio services, process orders, send intake links, build and publish client sites, generate or revise professional bios and resumes, communicate with clients, support subscriptions, and respond to requests.

We use career materials to create client-facing deliverables such as personal branding sites, resume exports, bios, LinkedIn copy, coaching support, mentor matching, or event-related follow-up when those services are requested.

We use alignment-call notes and Vauntless CP activity to clarify client goals, target roles, tone, content approvals, requested edits, and update history.

We use technical information to operate the website, protect the platform, troubleshoot issues, understand service performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We may use de-identified or aggregated information to improve our services, but we do not sell personal information.

04

Public client sites

Client sites are intended to be publicly accessible once published. Information a client approves for publication, including name, location, bio, work history, skills, headshot, contact paths, resume links, and professional achievements, may be visible to search engines, recruiters, hiring managers, referral partners, and the general public.

Clients should not submit private, confidential, classified, legally restricted, or sensitive personal information that they do not want included in internal review materials or possible published deliverables.

05

AI-assisted content generation

Vauntless Career Studio may use AI tools, including Anthropic Claude or similar providers, to draft professional bios, summaries, resumes, and related content from client intake materials. AI-assisted content is intended to receive human review, editing, and approval before publication.

By submitting intake materials, users authorize Vauntless Career Studio to process those materials through service providers as reasonably necessary to create requested deliverables.

06

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting, database, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, authentication, verification, AI content generation, analytics, security, and customer support providers.

Current or planned providers may include Vercel, Neon, Vercel Blob, Stripe, Resend, Clerk, ID.me, Anthropic, and similar vendors that support the services.

We may share information with coaches, mentors, recruiters, event partners, or operational partners only as needed to provide requested coaching, mentoring, event, or client-support services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

07

Google user data

If Google sign-in or Google OAuth is enabled, Vauntless Career Studio uses Google user data only to authenticate users, maintain account access, provide requested services, protect the platform, and communicate with the user.

Vauntless Career Studio does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or as otherwise directed by the user.

If Vauntless Career Studio later requests access to additional Google scopes beyond basic sign-in, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that data is used for a new purpose. Use of Google user data will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

08

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, improve marketing pages, and protect against abuse.

If Vauntless Career Studio later uses advertising pixels, retargeting, or non-essential tracking technologies, the policy and user controls should be updated accordingly.

09

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate the platform.

Client sites may remain live while subscriptions are active. If a subscription is cancelled or a client requests removal, exported assets may remain with the client, but hosted pages may be unpublished or suspended according to the applicable plan terms.

10

Your choices

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or removal of personal information by contacting Vauntless Career Studio. Some information may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Clients may request updates to published site content through the support or revision process available for their plan.

Users can opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using unsubscribe options where available or by contacting us directly.

11

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, cloud service, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

12

Children

Vauntless Career Studio is intended for adults and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, services, laws, or providers change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
